Short Sale Documents

There are required documents needed in order to complete a short sale in Florida. I have listed below and even attached a link for the larger banks. I have also listed who is responsible for certain documents.

1. Listing Agreement - The listing agreement is a contract between the seller (homeowner) and the listing broker. These are the terms of the sale and the terms can be negotiated.

2. Letter of Authorization - This letter gives the firm/real estate agent the ability to speak with the bank on the homeowners behalf.
